Every DV Lottery participant can check their status on the official website: dvprogram.state.gov from May 4th, 2024, to September 30th, 2025. To check your status, you have to enter your Confirmation Number, your Last Name, and your Year of Birth.Every year, the U.S. State Department’s Diversity Immigrant Visa (DV) Program offers a chance for applicants worldwide to pursue a visa through the Green Card Lottery. Breaking Down the Numbers: For DV-2018, around 14.7 million qualified entries were received, with approximately 116,000 applicants selected for 50,000 available visas.
