Very slow and high priced compared to other nail salons. For a French tip manicure it was $60. With 2 daughters going back to school, for 2 sets and 2 eyebrow waxing was over $160

I have always loved this place. Honestly today I’m not really sure how they came up with a total for fees and services but I got extensive waxing of my brow lip chin and the most expensive pedicure which was $60 is it possible that the waxing cost 39 I just thought the whole day would cost me $100 there instead of nearly 130 after the trip I looked at my receipt and it was an itemized in anyway I have just never had an odd feeling from there before always just good service

Critical:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueThe place was very hot, dirty, over crowded. I could not stay in there with my special needs friend and I feel she was taken advantage of. They charged her $86 for a pedicure, manicure with polish. They did a horrible job and filed her nails way too short. The staff was not friendly and there were so many people crowded in the entryway waiting for their appointment times to be honored. The staff did not talk to my friend at all and she felt very uncomfortable. Horrible experience and will not be taking any one else there ever! Critical:ProfessionalismWould give 0 stars if I could. I was here yesterday for a pedicure and it felt awkward and not like any of the other salons ive been to. Nobody talked or attempted to create a conversation, it was dead silent. Definitely was not a welcoming feeling. And $35 to just regularly paint on french tips without the fake nails is a little bit ridiculous to me. I probably won’t be backService:PedicureWould give 0 stars if I could. Critical:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Quality,ValueWorst nail salon ever. Tried them once and it just wasn’t it. Took forever, nails fell off in a week. And they were rude. I was in crunch and was gonna try them again. I walked in and walked out after standing in the front for minutes and never even being acknowledged. DO NOT GO HERE. Place is was to small and over crowded.Service:Manicure
